Status: 100% Disabled Combat Veteran (Service Connected TBI/Seizure Disorder)
I. THE INJURY (September 4, 2025)
- Event: “Tactical Breach” and violent arrest by U.S. Marshals at the home of Adrienne Rockenhaus (not the defendant’s residence).
- Mechanism of Injury: Blunt force trauma to the head inflicted by Marshals while Mr. Rockenhaus was compliant. The U.S. Marshal’s knew about Conrad Rockenhaus’s service connected brain injury, but they deliberately gave him another one anyway.
- Immediate Consequence: Hours after the beating, Mr. Rockenhaus suffered a massive Grand Mal Seizure in Federal Duty Court.
- Judicial Witness: The seizure occurred in open court, witnessed by U.S. Marshals, SAUSA Corinne Lambert, and court staff. No medical examination was given.
- Deliberate Medical Torture and Inevitable Murder of Whistleblower: Conrad Rockenhaus is seizing to death in the SHU, where he has been placed as a further retaliatory torture measure by FCI Milan. He is suffering in excruciating pain, while having uncontrolled seizures. To make the horrific, agonizing torture even worse, they have deliberately reduced Conrad’s seizure medication. FCI Milan will not even give him Tylenol. They have tried to give him an overdose of Metformin. Conrad is approaching death in immensurable pain.
II. THE DELIBERATE NEGLECT (FCI MILAN)
- Warden: Eric Rardin
- Condition: Mr. Rockenhaus is currently held in the Special Housing Unit (SHU).
- Lack of Care: FCI Milan has no neurological capacity to treat traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Rockenhaus has been denied a neurological evaluation despite repeated sworn notices served to the Warden and U.S. Attorney’s Office.
- Withholding of Medication: Life-sustaining anti-seizure medication has been withheld or tampered with as a retaliatory measure.
III. THE ACTIVE THREAT (RETALIATION)
- “Kill Tags”: Verified reports confirm staff have labeled Mr. Rockenhaus a “snitch/molester” (page 2) to incite inmate violence against him in the SHU.
- Neo-Nazi Guards: Sworn declarations identify guards (Crenshaw/Zielinski) displaying Reichsadler (Nazi Eagle) tattoos who are actively tormenting Mr. Rockenhaus (page 2).
- Extortion: The “Next Friend” (spouse) has received extortion demands via the prison’s compromised TRULINCS system, proving staff complicity.
IV. THE DEMAND
To avoid a death-in-custody liability, the Department of Justice must:
- IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER Conrad Rockenhaus to a VA Medical Facility.
- PRESERVE all video footage from the computer lab, the SHU, and the September 4th raid.
- INVESTIGATE the “Ghost Docket” obstruction by Clerk Alicia Harden that prevented judicial intervention in this medical emergency.
