They told the Court they had a valid warrant. They told themselves they were just “doing their job.” But when I confronted them in my driveway immediately after they smashed my windows and held me at gunpoint, the truth slipped out.
This video, recorded on September 4, 2025, minutes after the violent raid on my sanctuary home, captures U.S. Deputy Marshal Brett Fimbinger and the officer known as “The Grey Beard” (John Doe #1) making admissions that destroy their official narrative.

The Three Confessions
This footage is not just a recording of an arrest; it is evidence of constitutional violations and retaliatory conduct. Here is what they admitted to when they thought they were just “handling” a wife:
1. The Phantom Warrant
I explicitly ask Deputy Fimbinger, the man who signed the affidavit to get the raid approved, to show me the warrant for the property he just breached.
His response?
“There is no hard arrest warrant… No, it’s not for you.”
The Fourth Amendment requires a warrant to be “supported by Oath or affirmation.” Yet, standing on my property after a forced entry, the lead agent admitted he did not have a physical warrant to show me. He claimed “it’s not for you”, a lie designed to deny a homeowner their rights while their property is being destroyed.
2. The Abuser Gaslights Me (The “Grey Beard” Reveal)
For months, the U.S. Marshals have tried to shield the identity of “John Doe #1”, the officer who sexually harassed me during a previous transport and showed my husband sexual text messages about my body.
In the video, I ask directly: “Are you the Marshal that we’re suing for sexual harassment?”
The older Marshal with the grey beard doesn’t ask what I’m talking about. He doesn’t look confused. He immediately snaps back:
“Nobody sexually harassed anybody.”
I have since confirmed that this man IS John Doe #1. He wasn’t defending a colleague. He is the perpetrator.
He returned to my home with a tactical team and a gun, not to enforce the law, but to silence the woman who reported him. His denial on this video is not a defense; it is proof that the entire team had been briefed on my lawsuit and that this raid was an act of retaliation.
This is the same marshal who put a gun in my face, and held me prisoner in my own home, while his team beat my husband unconscious in the driveway. He did this AFTER I filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment.
3. The “I Don’t Know” Defense
Deputy Fimbinger signed the sworn affidavit claiming my husband had violated his supervised release. He led the raid. He wielded the Halligan bar that smashed my windows.
Yet, when I asked him who authorized this operation, he replied:
“I don’t know.”
How can an Affiant swear to a judge that there is probable cause for a raid if he “doesn’t know” who ordered it? He lied to the Court to get the warrant, and then played dumb in my driveway to avoid accountability.
The Slip Up
In the middle of denying the harassment, the Marshal drops a critical detail: “In Ann Arbor.”
This slip reveals they knew exactly where my husband’s actual ties were (Ann Arbor, where his registered address and VA hospital are located). Yet, they chose to execute a high-risk, forced-entry raid on my temporary sanctuary home in a completely different location.
- If they knew he was “in Ann Arbor,” why did they raid my safe house in Detroit?
- This proves their narrative was a lie. They didn’t raid my home because of a “technical violation”. They raided it because they wanted to terrorize me.
The Verdict
This video proves that the U.S. Marshals did not come to my home to serve a valid warrant. They came to send a message.
- They had no hard warrant.
- They had no clear chain of command.
- And they were accompanied by the very man I am suing for sexual harassment.
This was not law enforcement. This was a hit squad.
