Jeffry Konal Harmed Us Badly
From Adrienne Rockenhaus: Dec 24, 2025: Eastern District of Michigan’s federal probation officer, Jeffry Konal, harmed my disabled veteran husband, Conrad Rockenhaus, and me, because I dared to speak out against an abusive officer, Stylianos Agapiou.
I also filed a complaint agaisnt a U.S. marshal who sexually harassed me. After I filed the suit, Jeffry Konal sent that exact same marshal back to my house with a team. That same marshal held a gun in my face, and held me prisoner in my own home, while his team beat my husband unconscious in front of me.
This was all orchestrated by Jeffry Konal.
My husband is dying alone in agonizing pain from the head injury U.S. Marshals gave him during the arrest. My security camera caught it happening here. FCI Milan Prison will not examine or treat my husband, because to do so, they would have to admit what the officers did to him.
Instead, they are allowing an innocent, service-connected veteran to die alone in pain. I am being retaliated against and threatened daily. I have confirmed with records, that at least some of these threats are coming from federal officers. I was run off the road. I am being stalked and followed – my neighbors will testify to witnessing it, too. I live in constant fear and worry myself sick about my husband, because of what Jeffry Konal has done to us.
DETROIT You know Jeffry “Jeff” Konal as a pillar of your community. You know him as a coach who mentors your children, a man who presents himself as a hero, and devoted father.
I am writing to you today because you deserve to know the man who stands on the sidelines of your children’s games is not the man he pretends to be.
My name is Adrienne Rockenhaus. My husband, Conrad, is a 100% disabled combat veteran. In his official capacity as a Supervising U.S. Probation Officer, Jeffry Konal used his power to commit a crime against my family. This is a crime for which I have the receipts.
On April 29, 2025, Jeffry Konal signed and submitted a sworn petition to a federal judge to secure an arrest warrant for my husband. In that official court document, he made a monstrous lie. He told the judge that my husband was an “absconder” whose “whereabouts are unknown.”
This was a deliberate, calculated falsehood.
The truth, which Mr. Konal knew perfectly well, was that my husband was checked into a VA hospital for an acute mental health crisis. I know Mr. Konal knew this because I have the text messages and phone records proving I was in direct communication with his office about my husband’s hospitalization.
Jeffry Konal looked a federal judge in the eye and lied, turning a disabled veteran’s medical crisis into a manhunt. His lie resulted in a traumatic raid on our home, where my husband and I were held at gunpoint by U.S. Marshals.
The man who coaches your children on the values of integrity and honor is a man who committed perjury to terrorize a disabled veteran and his family. The “hero” persona he projects is a shield to hide the actions of a criminal.
He made the call that resulted in my disabled veteran’s husband’s current lethal and painful circumstances. I may never see my husband again because of what Jeff Konal did. My husband may die alone on Christmas, in prison, suffering in pain, because Jeffry Konal wanted to harm me for speaking out.
The question for your community is simple: Is this the standard of character you want shaping the lives of your children? Is this the integrity you expect from a man in a position of public trust?
