While the government attempts to frame this as a routine probation violation, the public record proves a coordinated campaign of obstruction. I was silenced. The abuse against me was erased.
I filed written reports of a U.S. Marshal sexually violating me. Shortly after, that same Marshal returned to my home. He held a gun in my window and held me prisoner inside, while a tactical team beat my disabled veteran husband in the driveway.
That beating caused a head injury that resulted in a seizure in duty court later that day. He was imprisoned on a fraudulent warrant.
My husband, Conrad Rockenhaus, has been held in prison for three months without treatment for that injury, a direct retaliation for my complaints. He is suffering badly, and he might die. Judge Stephen J. Murphy III wouldn’t even let me speak. Murphy dismissed my written reports of sexual violation and violence as my “behavior” in front of the very men who have terrorized me for over a year. Thirteen days later, my car was purposefully hit-and-run off the road. Judge Murphy put my life in escalating danger to protect my abusers. I am posting this, so that if something happens to me, everyone will know exactly why.
