Assistant U.S. Attorney Corinne Lambert told the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals that my husband’s claims of retaliation were ‘never raised’ in the lower court. She lied.

The Lie (SAUSA Lambert’s Brief, Dec 22, Page 18):
‘In reality, the statement about retaliation at sentencing… is speculative at best. And there were no facts on the record before the court that Rockenhaus actually was experiencing retaliation.’
The Truth (Official Court Transcript, Oct 17, Page 14):
Defense Attorney: ‘He did blow the whistle, and he blew it a number of times… There may or may not be retaliation. I’m hearing there is and I wouldn’t be surprised… he sees people in harm’s way… and he speaks up.’
The Reality: FCI Milan is retaliating against a whistleblower. The Defense Attorney put it on the record. The Judge heard it. But SAUSA Lambert tried to erase it from history to keep a disabled veteran in prison.
If they transfer him out of state this weekend (‘Diesel Therapy’), they are doing exactly what they told the Court they weren’t doing: Retaliating.
