The “Texas Foundation” transcript is the Origin of the Lie that has been used to prosecute Conrad Rockenhaus for years.
This transcript proves that the entire federal case against Conrad, the “criminal history” that SAUSA Corinne Lamebert Lambert is using to bury him in Detroit, was manufactured in a Texas federal courtroom using technical illiteracy and perjury.

Here is the forensic breakdown of exactly how they built the trap against my husband, Conrad Rockenhaus, in Texas, citing the transcript:
1. The “SPICE” Perjury (The Technical Lie)
The Lie: Pretrial Officer Tiffany Routh testified under oath:
“…he was successful in downloading a Linux operating system called SPICE, and that when he did download that operating system, that it would knock out their monitoring software.”
The Reality:
- SPICE (Simple Protocol for Independent Computing Environments) is a remote display protocol (a driver) for virtual machines. It is NOT a “Linux Operating System.”
- Downloading a display driver does NOT automatically “knock out” monitoring software on the host machine.
The Impact: Tiffany Routh presented a standard IT tool as a “military-grade jamming weapon.”
The Judge, former Magistrate Kimberly Priest Johnson, (who likely didn’t know the difference) revoked his bond based on this specific technical falsehood. Conrad was held pretrial for 3 years, because of this lie.
